Welcome to the family Chicken

JANINE: The pictures on the right are of a dog that had been roaming around Camp Hill for the past 5 days or so.

After many attempts from others, she was unable to be caught. I had even driven out to look for her, but never even a sighting.

Yesterday, Officer Miller from the Camp Hill Borough PD contacted me and said they got her. She was sleeping on a lady's porch and he was able to coax her with chicken nuggets.

The officer and others told me that they believe she was dumped, as she was seen tied near a blanket lying by a car wash that she had been hanging around. Sadly, she was probably waiting for her owners to return.

I would like to say how much I appreciate Officer Miller and the other officers who helped in getting this girl safe. They truly cared about her well being.
